Scope of Application

High-concentration and medium-temperature amylase can be applied to various processes such as cold-rolled coil dyeing J-box. There is no need to add calcium salt stimulants, and it is well compatible with the wetting agents commonly used in desizing. This product is only used for desizing in the textile industry, not for food processing.

Instructions 

Desizing process Generally speaking, the desizing process can be divided into three stages: immersion, cultivation and washing.

Impregnation means that the enzyme solution (desizing solution) is absorbed by the fabric. At this stage of the process, the fabric must be completely saturated with the enzyme solution. The liquefaction rate should be close to 1 liter of 1 kg of fabric. With a suitable non-ionic wetting agent can improve the effect. The temperature, pH and calcium ions of the desizing solution should be controlled within the recommended range to ensure the stability of the enzyme.

Cultivation means that pulp (starch) is broken down by amylase. Once the enzyme solution comes into contact with the pulp, the starch is immediately decomposed into water-soluble dextrin. The effect is related to the length of time, enzyme concentration and temperature. If the incubation time is short, it is necessary to increase the concentration of the enzyme or the incubation temperature to cooperate.

Water washing refers to washing away the product after the decomposition of the slurry from the fabric. The decomposition products of pulp (starch) have not been removed from the fabric, and the desizing process cannot be completed. This can be achieved by washing with common detergents at the highest possible temperature.
