Characteristics

1. Biological deaeration and polishing can be completed in the dyeing process, saving processing time.
2. Applicable pH value is wide (5-8), reduce fabric fluffing and pilling phenomenon, improve fabric appearance and feel.
3. Compared with the existing enzyme preparation, the application of polishing enzyme can shorten the processing time , improve production efficiency; reduce water and energy consumption, and reduce costs.
4. This product is a ready-to-use liquid product, which can improve production reproducibility.

Scope of Application

It is suitable for the deoxidizing, polishing and dyeing process of cotton, hemp, viscose and its blended fabrics in the same bath finishing process.

Instructions 

Dosage: Polishing enzyme 0.15-0.3 (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10

Adjust pH to 6-7 with acetic acid or citric acid buffer

Temperature: 45-55 ℃.

Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light. Shelf life at room temperature is 12 months
