Characteristics
1.This product contains no phosphorus and no APEO. In the co-bath degreasing dyeing process, the color spots and color streaks caused by oil agents and oligomers adhering to the tank can be completely eliminated, thereby improving the processing quality.
2.It has excellent emulsifying and dispersing capabilities under neutral, weakly acidic and alkaline conditions, and is particularly effective in dispersing other substances such as chemical fiber oiling agents. It can prevent oiling agents and other substances from adhering to the tank and then re-adhering to the fabric surface.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for the pretreatment or co-bath process of scouring and dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics and polyester warp and weft weaving.
Instructions
1.Degreasing processes for polyester embroidered fabrics, etc.:
P1105A: 0.3-1.5g/L. After adding the degreasing agent, run at room temperature for 10 minutes, then heat up to 80-100℃, treat for 30 minutes, and then overflow water wash and dye.
2.The oil removal process of polyester knitted fabric in the same bath during dyeing and finishing
P1105A: 0.3-1.0g/L, dye :X, temperature 120-130℃, treatment for 30-60 minutes, then cooling, water washing and removing from the cylinder.
Packaging and storage
120kg plastic drum, sealed and protected from light, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
