Product Description
This product is mainly used in the pre-treatment boiling process of cotton yarn and cotton knitted fabrics. It can effectively remove natural impurities such as sizing, pectin, natural salts, pigments and waxes from the cotton fabrics, making the fabric surface smooth, whiteness improved, and the hand feel soft. This product simplifies the original process, increases production efficiency, reduces wastewater discharge, and represents a significant innovation to the traditional caustic soda process.

Characteristics
1.This product integrates the functions of alkali agent, refining and stabilizer.
2.This product avoids excessive damage to fibers and reduces weight loss (3-5% less than traditional processes).
3.The treated fabrics with this product effectively remove impurities inside the fibers and increase the coloration rate.
4.The surface of the treated fabrics is smooth, the whiteness increases significantly, the hydrophilicity of the fabric is improved, the fiber strength is enhanced, and the dyeability and uniformity of the fabric are improved.
5.When this product is used to treat cotton-spandex interwoven fabrics, it overcomes the defects such as curling, loss of elasticity and yellowing in the caustic soda process.
6.The fabrics treated with this product are easy to be cleaned in water, reducing the number of washing times, shortening the working hours, thereby saving water, electricity and steam, and greatly reducing the load of wastewater treatment.
Scope of Application
Pre-treatment of cotton and its blended woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, yarns, and tube yarns
Instructions
- Cotton knitted fabric, yarn, and tube yarn processing:
P1112 1 – 3g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (30%) 2 – 6g/L
Sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate 0 – 1g/L
Bath ratio 1:4 – 8
- Spunbond knitted fabric and yarn processing:
P1112 1 – 3 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide (30%) 0 – 3 g/L
(adjust according to the required whiteness of the fabric)
Bath ratio: 1:4 – 8
Temperature: 95 – 100℃
Time: 50 – 60 minutes
Process: This product/permeant enters the cylinder for circulation → heated to 50-60℃ → added hydrogen peroxide → circulated and heated at 100℃ for 50-60 minutes of insulation → drained → hot water wash (at 60℃ once) → drained → oxygenase treatment for 10-15 minutes → dyeing
The specific process can be adjusted according to actual circumstances as appropriate
Packaging and storage
Inner lining is made of plastic bags, each bag weighing 25KG.
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse; shelf life is 6 months.
