APPLICATION

It’s suitable for optical brightening agent for acrylic fabrics and blends.

PROCESS METHOD

1.Exhaust process

1) Acid bath (with a high basic white): BAC 0.2-2.0%,Socuring agent 0.5g/l, wetting agent 0.5g/l,sequetrant 1-2g/l.Temperature heating up to 70℃, Time 30min,Liquor ratio 1:10-40.

2) Chlorite bleach (with a low basic white): BAC 0.2-2.0%,Socuring agent 0.5g/l, formic acid add to until PH=3-3.5,sodium chlorite 1-2g/l.bleaching assistant 1g/l,Temperature heating up to 70℃, Time 30min,Liquor ratio 1:10-40.

3) Sodium chlorite bleach (brightening of high yarn): BAC 0.2-2.0%,Socuring agent 0.5g/l, formic acid add to until PH=3-3.5,sodium chlorite 1-2g/l.bleaching assistant 1g/l,Temperature heating up to 95-98℃, Time 30-45min,Liquor ratio 1:10-40.

2.Pad steam process

BAC 2-10g/l,Socuring agent 0.5-1g/l, formic acid 2-4ml/l,sequestrant 0.5g/l,Temperature 102℃*5-30min, pick up 80%.

STORAGE & PACKING

Keep the containers in a shade and cool place. Containers should  always be closed tightly again after use.
